CURRENT LOCATION: Midtown Toronto (849 Eglinton Ave E, Toronto, ON M4G 2L5)

  • FUTURE LOCATION: Etobicoke (Queensway) new, state-of-the-art Mercedes-Benz dealership opening in 2023, as an Experience Destination with cutting-edge architecture with advanced technologies to create an environment in which the consumer leads every interaction. The 95,900-square-foot facility will occupy a 6-acre site at the southeast corner of The Queensway and The East Mall.

About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible to assisst tag customer vehicles upon arrival to dealership Specifically:

  • assist in customer vehicle check in with Ipad in drive through
  • manage and perform customer vehicle valets
  • assist in managing enterprise car rentals with Service Advisors
  • manage inhouse service loaner fleet
  • back up with organizing and staging tires during tire season
  • occasional back-up for shuttle driver

About you…

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in servicing, including:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in parking and customer service
  • Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
  • ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract
  • ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
  • strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
  • ability to maintain professionalism
  • ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
  • a proven commitment to quality of work
