Career Opportunity – Territory Sales Representative
We have an exciting opportunity to hire a Territory Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be accountable for supporting the sales, operations for OSL. Our ideal candidate is a confident, inspiring, and accountable person who can work independently as well as in a team environment.
Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage and interact with customers
- Embody the OSL brand by articulating the positive impact of converting and creating a great signup experience for customers
- Conclude the interaction by gaining the customer’s commitment
- Share success stories with the team and leverage their support to formulate solutions to challenges
- Challenge yourself to exceed daily and weekly expectations
- Report key insights about consumer feedback to Sales Manager
- Conduct and attend training sessions, meetings, and events as required
- Various other duties as required

- Must have reliable transportation and have a valid driver’s license
- Prior experience within energy, credit card, or door-to-door sales is preferable
- Firm understanding of sales and customer service fundamentals
- Flexibility to work various schedules including days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to stand / walk for extended periods of time in all weather conditions
- A second language is considered an asset
