The Service Desk Support Analyst provides technology support services by receiving, diagnosing, resolving and/or escalating service requests on a range of incidents.

Job Requirements:

  • Certification in Information Technology Program, or equivalent. Preference may be given to applicants who have completed Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation course for service support/service delivery.
  • Experience providing customer support services in an information technology environment or helping clients to use and understand computer hardware and software.
  • Experience working in a Help Desk environment.
