ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a Java Systems Analyst for immediate opportunities. Work can be done remotely.

ROLE: JAVA SYSTEMS ANALYST

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Oracle environment using J2EE and/or Oracle ADF.
• Experience in setting up the project structure, defining coding patterns/practices.
• Experience with system to system integration (Web Services, RESTful) is required.
• Ability to write efficient, complex queries against very large data sets.
• Exceptional consultation skills are critical, with the ability to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional planning, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills are a must.
• Experience with creating complex queries and procedures using PL/SQL would be an asset.
• Experience with Spring Framework would be considered an asset.
• Demonstrated project leadership expertise would be highly beneficial.
• Completion of Oracle Java certifications or Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) would be considered an asset.

Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, MBA) and/or vendor technical certifications are desirable criteria for our selection.

Some travel within the home geography or remote sites will be necessary at both the start and occasionally be necessary.
