About The Opportunity:

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for the delivery of reliable cost-effective and secure endpoints, print devices, audio-visual equipment, network and telecom infrastructure and equipment, as well as the delivery of timely and effective Helpdesk, network, and security services. You will use your project management and planning skills to ensure that solutions meet customer expectations.


About Your Background:

With five or more years of experience, you have had a broad range of experience with systems, networks, applications, and The successful candidate will have a Computer Science and/or Management Degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing the IT Operations, Networking and/or Helpdesk fields, preferably in a municipal environment, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Certifications in Networks, Security, Lean, and ITIL are considered assets. A valid class 5 driver's license and a clear Police Information Check for offenses related to the position are required.
