Job Description

Five Guys is currently looking for career-oriented, enthusiastic and energetic shift leaders / supervisors to join our Trainyards team.

Candidates must be available full-time and be available for morning shifts (start at 7am) and closing shifts that end around 11-11:30 pm

The shift leader / supervisor must coach, motivate and lead their team to serve perfect burgers and perfect fries. They ensure that the restaurants are clean and their customers are happy.

Salary starts at $19/HR + TIPS + BONUS

Roles and Responsibilities for a FIVE GUYS Shift leader / supervisor:

• Regular coaching and feedback of crew members
• Cash outs
• Guest service and;
• Compliance across shifts for desired restaurant outcomes (i.e. increased sales, profitability and employee retention).
