We are urgently seeking Licensed 310T, 310s, 421A, or unlicensed mechanics with heavy equipment experience and lead or management experience for shop operations with a growing team in Windsor, ON. The Service Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the service department including but not limited to creating schedules, assisting technicians when needed, providing estimates, and more. Candidates are required to have a valid and clean drivers abstract prior to successful employment.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years hands on experience working on equipment and trucks
• 2+ year as lead technician or management experience
• Mechanics with knowledge in aerial equipment or heavy trucks will be given preference
• Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic, and electrical systems are required
• Strong verbal & documentation skills as you will be working with customers and techs on a daily basis

Compensation:

• $70,000 - $85,000/year to start, dependent on experience

Shifts:

• Day Shift, 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
