Job Summary
Our Shared Services HR practice is seeking a Manager, HR Technology. The Manager will act as an enabler of the Global Infrastructure pillar's strategic plan, created through technology in order to enhance collaboration, connectivity, data analytics and strategic talent development.

Owns the work stream(s) of a global HR Technology implementation

Reviews payroll / Benefits related data for projects to ensure accurate data transfer and smooth integration with downstream applications.

Configures and supports Payroll including configuration of earnings and deductions, calculations, taxes, business processes, enhancements, dashboards and notifications.

Collaborates with SI to configure, support, and optimize the design, development, and performance of Global HR Technology.

Collaborates in the development of HR Technology recommendations and guide decision making. Leverage solid research and analysis abilities to support assessments

Partners with other Shared Services (IT/Finance/Marketing/Legal) and COE’s such as (Payroll, Compensation, Benefits. etc) to address and provide solution design to business needs.

Owns or supports data conversion activities and Org structure setup.

Ensures team and system design compliance with regulatory requirements, including GDPR, SOX and other control narratives and matrices.

Establishes and complies with HR Technology change control processes.

Documents process and results. Provides production support, including researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.

Works with non-HR functions to ensure HR Systems continue to remain as source of truth for people data.

Owns the review of changes, impact analysis, and testing arising from various Human Resources initiatives, including systems upgrade/implementation.

Performs tasks involved in the various stages of development of HR systems and processes, including business process automation.

Ensures appropriate level of application security and access control is maintained in line standard HR policies.

Becomes a strong advocate and influences, persuades or educates others on the objectives of our HR systems, processes and data standards.
Qualifications
-
2-3 years’ experience with HR systems, processes, integrations/data, and analytics is required.

A university degree in a STEM or HR field.

Must have experience implementing or supporting Workday.

Foundational expertise of key HR processes, and interdependencies within HRIS.

Demonstrated experience in implementing a global HR Technology solution.

Solid analytical and technical skills to gather, interpret and report on data from various sources such as multiple HRIS platforms.

Product certifications would be considered an asset.

Ability to effectively communicate with leadership with visual and information-rich presentations and related talk track.

Demonstrated track record of partnering with key stakeholders to resolve problems with innovative solutions.

Ability to work with shifting priorities, and the ability to reassess and reprioritize competing business needs.
