The Senior Learning Specialist will work alongside program managers on leadership development programs designed to accelerate the development of leaders to drive Deloitte Canada’s strategic vision and inspire and empower our people. They will be responsible for end-to-end planning, program management, and delivery of leadership development experiences, preparing reports and communication materials to support learning, and act as the first point of contact for program inquiries.
Learning & Development (L&D) Experience is a centralized team, providing world class learning and development programs and experiences designed to build the best leaders, advance skills and capabilities to be ready for the future and support personal and professional growth throughout the career lifecycle.
