Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator who can manage our Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ (Configure Price Quote) platforms. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce system to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and maintaining Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ to meet business needs and optimize system performance.
- Create and maintain user roles, profiles, and security settings to ensure data integrity and system security.
- Perform data cleansing, data quality checks, and data migration between different systems.
- Build and maintain workflows, automation, reports, and dashboards to track and analyze sales and service data.
- Train and support end-users to ensure they are proficient in using Salesforce and its functionalities.
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, including third-party apps and tools.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and propose recommendations to improve system performance and productivity.
- Participate in the testing and deployment of new system features and enhancements.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration, specifically in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required, and additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or CPQ Specialist are highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and customizations (custom objects, fields, formulas, validations, workflows, process builder, and approval processes)
- Experience with data management tools, such as Data Loader, Demand Tools, or other data import/export tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Salary: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
