EHN Canada is the country’s largest provider of mental health and addiction services, with inpatient operations in most provinces and an in-person and virtual outpatient program. It has tripled in size over the past four years as it adds new locations and programs. It now helps over 2000 patients and their families each year and works with governments and employers across Canada.

JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will be responsible for working collaboratively across each of our locations. As a part of the IT Team, you will be expected to be a trusted partner to the business, providing scalable solutions that enable the business to grow and flourish. They will take ownership of introducing automation, new and improved features, and the functionality of Salesforce to enhance productivity. They will work independently with stakeholders to understand their challenges and priorities, offer solutions and drive change to ensure optimal progress towards our goals.


Job Function and Duties:

  • Design, develop, test, document and deploy high quality and scalable business solutions on the Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs.
  • Manage Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security controls on Salesforce.
  • Create and implement changes to applications, objects, fields, workflows, processes, flows, validation rules, approval processes, email alerts, advanced formulas, page layouts, record types, and Lightning pages.
  • Develop and maintain effective documentation on configuration changes, integrations, and processes.
  • Create and implement changes to applications, objects, fields, workflows, processes, flows, validation rules, approval processes, email alerts, advanced formulas, page layouts, record types, and Lightning pages.
  • Deep expertise with Lightning flows, skills-based routing, queue-based routing, email-to-case, web-to-case and other advanced Salesforce platform features.
  • Create, maintain or enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards for departments and business units
  • Support the integration of business systems and data with Salesforce.
  • Handling user inquiries and requests logged as support tickets through resolution (escalating to appropriate subject matter expert when necessary), which can include items such as ad hoc Report, List View, and Campaign creation, as well as bulk data updates
  • Creating and maintaining best practices user guides, process documents, and in-app guidance
  • Creating and refreshing Sandbox environments on a regular basis as needed
  • Reviewing Salesforce release notes for changes that impact or can be leveraged by our implementation


Requirements:


  • 2+ years of experience supporting a corporate, multi-site, technology-based environment
  • 2+ years of experience creating and implementing changes to applications, objects, fields, workflows, processes, flows, validation rules, approval processes, email alerts, advanced formulas, page layouts, record types, and Lightning pages.
  • 2+ years of deep expertise with Lightning flows, skills-based routing, queue-based routing, email-to-case, web-to-case and other advanced Salesforce platform features.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience supporting Salesforce integrations with call centre platforms, marketing systems, and PowerBI
  • Ability to communicate in French is an asset
  • Knowledge of/Experience in the Healthcare Field
  • Experience with Salesforce Development(Lightning, Apex Code, triggers, custom object development, SFDC APIs, Web services, Force.com)

Qualifications:

  • Experience of working in an Agile delivery environment
  • A minimum Salesforce Admin 201 certification. Ideally, also have or be working towards more advanced Salesforce certifications.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically to solve problems
  • 3+ Years Working as a Salesforce Administrator.


Working Conditions
:

  • Usually work regular business hours but may require evenings and weekends to complete projects or maintenance on systems
  • Participate in after-hours on call program for response to urgent issues
  • Work in offices, facilities, environmentally controlled server rooms
  • May require travel to remote sites, conferences and/or seminars
