Our client, specializing in SAAS and Robotics, is currently looking for an experienced and vibrant Sales Director to join their team in Richmond on a full-time permanent basis. This is a role where you will be planning, organizing directing and evaluating the sales activities. Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s capabilities and the opportunities in the marketplace
• Successful track record of selling SaaS products or high-tech products
• Create sales strategies designed to increase revenue, margin and profit
• Build a team of sales and estimators
• Build and maintain strong industry relationships
• Drive profitability by uncovering high-margin opportunities in the market
• Define sales targets and action plans to achieve sales goals

Requirements

• University or college degree is an asset with combined career-related experience
• 5+ years of sales experience is required
• Strong understanding of market trends and consumer demands, ideally within North America
• Strong initiative, communication, and presentation skills follow up and execution
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office.
• Able to multi-task, with strong prioritizing skills, creative, passionate about sales with the ability to strive in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
