We are looking for an individual that enjoys working with people and has a passion for home renovations. This position requires someone who is organized, hardworking, good at multi-tasking and has a great attitude and enthusiasm. Plumbing experience is not required, however it would be considered an asset.
Duties to include:
Booking showroom consultations
Greeting all guests and identifying the purpose of their visit
Work closely with sales team
Accepting mail and other distributions
Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
Completing data entry work through Microsoft 365 and POS system
Process payments
Preparing for meetings and training sessions
Showroom signs, tags and brochure maintenance
Light cleaning
Light sales
Scanning and faxing documents
Other duties may be assigned from time to time
Requirement are as follows:
Provide excellent customer service
Able to organize and prioritize tasks
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Basic computer and printer skills required
Must be able to work both locations and Saturdays
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $15.00 – 18.00/hr
