We are a consulting firm in the financial sector seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team as a Receptionist.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answer, screen, take messages and forward incoming phone calls
· Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
· Ensure inquiries are answered or referred to the appropriate person
· Distribute documents, mail, and courier packages
· Process client payments
· Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area
· Book and manage meetings as required
· Perform various clerical and administrative duties as requested
Qualifications:
· Two or more years of experience in similar role
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
· Excellent communication skills and client service orientation
· Strong attention to detail
· Highly organized
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Bilingualism in French/English is required
