Job description: The Administrative Assistant contributes to the resilience of Public Safety Personnel by providing customer service and supporting the administrative needs of the employees of Prevail Solutions Inc.

Responsibilities:
The Virtual Admin Assistant has the following responsibilities and duties:

- act as the point of contact for client queries via e-mail, phone, text and delegate as required;

- field vendor queries, ensuring appropriate follow-up;

- support the administrative needs of Prevail employees;

- schedule team meetings, send link and agendas, take minutes, maintain ongoing to-do list;

- organize and maintain Prevail shared drive;

- organize managers’ calendars and provide weekly administrative support;

- run errands as required;

- perform administrative tasks as assigned;

- complete administrative projects as assigned.

Requirements:
The Admin Assistant requires a strong internet connect and the following education, skills and experience:

- high school diploma;

- three to five years of experience in an administrative support role;

- experience with Microsoft 365 software: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Forms, etc.;

- excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills;

- excellent time management skills;

- strong organizational skills;

- ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Casual

Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
