Jas Oberoi Group is looking to add a full-time Realestate Assistant to our high-energy team. Joining a supportive and dynamic team can be the key to success in this industry. Job Expectations:

Must have REALESTATE ADMIN Experience minimum of 2 years

You will be a good fit for this role if you have a strong eye for detail and excellent realestate admin skills. We are not just looking for an employee; we are looking for a team member/partner. You are the core of this business.

Booking showings for realtors

  • Processing all paperwork for each real estate transaction with accuracy
  • Reviews and processes real estate sales contracts, entering data to accurately create daily updates into the CRM system
  • Paperless daily file maintenance, file organization, opening, and closing files
  • Network and market to prospect for new Clients

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Deal with clients over the phone and ensure they are happy
  • Manage team calendars
  • Manage CRM
  • Responsible for day to day bookkeeping functions including accounting receivable, accounts payable
  • Support agent with day-to-day tasks

Experience/Education:

  • Must have minimum 2 years of experience administration/Realestate Assitant experince

Please note: You must have a valid driver's license and vehicle for this position. The selected candidate will work side-by-side with our lead agent in the office. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work Monday through Friday 10:30AM-6:30AM.
