• Broaden reach to existing TD customers by offering curated product offers and leveraging One TD bundles

• Lead the market with easy E2E customer experiences

• Win acquisition in Canada overall and priority segments

• Drive productivity to create financial capacity for critical investments and self-funded growth

If you have Credit Risk experience and are interested in Journey Product Ownership and Personal Lending Product Management in one package, this role can be right for you.

Accountabilities of a successful Product Owner of 'Approve Me' Pod within BFMN Buying Product Group reporting into a Product Group Owner will include:

• Lead BFMN Buying Pod responsible for enhancing Credit Strategies and Policies across Personal Lending products

• Partner with Credit Exposure Management, RRM, and CCA teams to identify, prioritize and implement approval rates

• Own BFMN Credit Risk strategies enhancements roadmap with Credit Platform

• Deliver against top priority features and drive improvement of BFMN Buying OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)

• Play an active role in the 'Approve Me' Pod cadences / activities following the NEW (New Evolution of Work) way of working

• Develop relationships with internal and external business partners / stakeholders to establish productive working arrangements

• Provide thought leadership and keep current on emerging trends/ developments to help anticipate and better meet customer needs

• Support a positive work environment that promotes performance, innovation, and fun.

• Proven leadership and relationship management skills

• Credit Risk experience and understanding of credit strategies & policies

• Critical thinking and ability to deliver actionable recommendations

• Flexibility to adapt and manage within a fast-paced, dynamic business environment

• Enthusiastic self-starter with ability to prioritize and multitask

• TD Scaled Agile / NEW experience would be an asset

• Effective working independently and in teams
