Agile Coach/Scrum Master
On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a Agile Coach/ Scrum Master for a 12 month contract in Edmonton, AB.
Agile Coach/Scrum Master Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role working with software development projects, 5+ years preferred
• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and team empowerment.
• Promote creative thinking and self improvement within the team
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Ability to coach individuals and interactions over agile processes and tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing and fast-paced environment
• Ability to develop reports, charts and visual representation to facilitate communication and common understanding

Desirables

• Previous experience in operational technology
• Previous experience working in a multi-team collaboration environment
• JIRA/Confluence experience or Azure DevOps experience
• People leadership or project management experience
