The Co-operators is looking for a Print and Document Services Admin who will be accountable for Corporate print and document management services including tight deadlines and competing priorities. You are client centric, able to work in a fast-paced service environment and make daily decisions in terms of priorities (between BAU and projects), customer service (internal and vendors) and problem solving.
Ensure daily Canada Post, Courier Service and internal delivery services meet established Service Level Agreements.
Maintain and Ensure accuracy of the departmental record information is current and accurate to perform before completing the inter-office, internal mail, Canada Post, courier mail delivery.
Image daily mail and historical files within Service Level Agreements and Quality assurance.
Prints and machine insert high volume print to mail jobs, receives, manages and process stock, ad hoc and print on demand for client-use orders.
Maintain and reconcile records management inventory through Versatile and offsite storage systems.
Maintain effective, positive customer service (internal and external).
Prioritize work and changing priorities throughout the day.
You influence change and are committed to continuous improvement, in order to exceed client expectations.
You leverage critical thinking skills to identify problems and proactively propose solutions.
Your strong communication skills allow you to clearly convey messages.
You’re an effective team player who shares knowledge to support your peers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Access).
Experience with production printers, color copiers, inserters, postage machines, imaging machines, courier systems and MICR printers is considered an asset.
Experience with Xerox Freeflow, Databasics, Print Router, Life Pages, Versatile, ProClaim and LEAN methodology is considered an asset.
Detail-oriented, organized, strong problem solver and team collaborator with excellent priority setting skills.
Efficient and effective resource management to achieve results while maintaining a consistent high level of quality meeting Service Level Agreements.
2 years of experience in previous industry, related or relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Role requires lifting, physical exertion at a moderate level approximately 25% of the time.
Occasionally able to lift up to 60 pounds e.g., Box of photocopy paper, Pushing Mail carts and pallets.
