Job Posting: Experienced Physiotherapist with Orthopedic Background and Administrative Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced physiotherapist with an Orthopedic background and administrative experience to join our team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about providing high-quality care to patients and has a strong desire to continuously improve their skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans and provide hands-on physiotherapy services to patients with orthopedic conditions
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs for patients with injuries or post-operative conditions
• Manage patient caseload and provide ongoing communication with patients and referring physicians
• Provide administrative support to the clinic, including scheduling, billing, and documentation
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to maintain knowledge of current trends and best practices in physiotherapy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in physiotherapy from an accredited institution
• Registered and in good standing with the Manitoba College of Physiotherapists
• Preferred 5 years of experience in treating orthopedic conditions, including injuries and post-operative rehabilitation
• Demonstrated administrative experience, including managing patient schedules, billing, and documentation would be an added value
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on patient care and satisfaction

In addition to the qualifications and responsibilities listed above, candidates with experience in acupuncture and dry needling would be a benefit. The ability to integrate these modalities into patient treatment plans will be considered an asset to the position.
