Job Overview

Reporting to the Vice-President, serviceQ as the Manager, Experience you lead and oversee the delivery of the homeowner experience. You are the intermediary between homeowners and internal related parties to facilitate the delivery of post-occupancy services.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, supervising and developing the Customer Experience Team while promoting a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Managing staffing, administration, budgets and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Implementing standard Homeowner Experience processes.
  • Completing and maintaining homeowner documentation, check-ins, registrations, action plans, warranty manuals and online portal.
  • Complying with Qualico’s Safety Program and any relevant regulations.

Essential Requirements

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of new home sales, hospitality concierge or management experience.
  • Certification/Completion of Customer Service Training.
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint) and construction management software (NewStar, BuilderGO, etc.).

Preferred Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Commerce, Sales and Marketing, or equivalent is an asset.
  • Residential construction or warranty experience is preferred.

Working Conditions

You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Travel to customer sites is required on a frequent basis. Overtime may occasionally be required.
