Experienced clinic receptionist/ patient concierge with excellent communication skills and minimum 2 years of customer service experience Related to retail, aesthetics or skin care . We are looking for candidate who is passionate about skin care and Beauty industry . Experience in sales is a must .
Problem resolution, customer care skills . Excellent computer knowledge, Microsoft Excel , Microsoft world .
Ability to multitask and keep up with topics assigned .
Responsibilities include answering calls , booking and confirming appointments , answering emails during the day , writing end of the day report and following up with patients as needed . Ability to learn and navigate Electronic medical records .
Maintaining and updating stock and clinic expenses using quickbooks and Excel
Fast learner with passion for aesthetics.
Training in customer care , basic knowledge of procedures will be provided.
