WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Someone who is friendly and courteous, with exceptional personalized customer service skills.
- Someone to ensure that all point of sale and payment processes are handled accurately and effectively.
- Someone to safeguard our cash on hand.
- An active participant for our sales process.
- Someone to promote and sell the Tepperman's payment protection products and services.
- A keen eye who can identify customer related problems and recommend business process improvements.
- Someone who can handle incoming customer calls in a fast, efficient and professional manner - ensuring that they are directed to the appropriate person or department successfully.
- Filing invoices/credit applications promptly and accurately.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Experience consistently achieving company and personal goals.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- An aptitude for selling.
- Be available for full retail rotation hours, including day-time, evening, and weekend shifts as well as peak periods such as March Anniversary and Boxing Week.
