Job Description

HiTeck Medical Instruments, a leading provider of medical equipment and supplies, is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Operations and Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide array of tasks, including order fulfillment, data entry, customer service, CRM management, and general office support. Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Diligently pick, pack, and dispatch orders in adherence to our quality control procedures and guidelines
  • Conduct data entry tasks, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records in our Zoho CRM database
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints through phone, email, and chat, while providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive customer relationships
  • Collaborate with team members to identify, address, and resolve any challenges that may arise in the order fulfillment process
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
  • Provide support in various day-to-day tasks, including filing, scheduling, inventory management, and other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical equipment or supplies industry
  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM or comparable CRM software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and attention to detail
  • Commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality in all tasks
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
  • Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
