Hello! We are Toronto Music Arts and Nature Alliance (TMANA). We throw weekly summer events at Cherry Beach that include artisans, food vendors, a beer garden, and local DJs.
This is a 4-month contract position that starts immediately. We need a project manager to oversee the organization and execution of a two-month, once-a-week, outdoor music festival. The first half of this position will consist of creating timelines and ensuring that operations run smoothly for the planning and launch of the festival. They will also help with admin tasks.
The second part of this position will be helping out during the festival and performing site manager tasks which will run from July to Labour Day.
Experience:
- Significant and sustained experience in project management. It would be a plus if you have experience in project management in the music scene.
- It is extremely important that you possess skills in leadership, delegation, organization, and Google Suits.
Hours and compensation:
This will be an in-person role, 12-20 hours a week until July. Then 30-40 hours a week from July to Labour Day. The location is in Toronto in the West end.
Pay will be determined based on experience.
