A Snapshot of Your Day

Working in a collaborative environment, with constant interface with the Engineering, R&D and Manufacturing departments, you will support the development of training documentation for the different processes involved in the manufacture of instrument transformers.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Work in collaboration with cross functional teams to support manufacturing department developing Standard Operational Procedures trainings
  • Analyze production processes to understand main gaps on procedures and work on the improvements required
  • Establish and support internal project teams in the identification, design, and delivery of process improvement initiatives e.g. facilitation of workshops pertaining to continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • The ideal candidate for this position will be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, be creative and have initiative to implement new ideas/projects
  • Currently enrolled in an Engineering Program
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Previous experience with video editing is an asset
  • Previously experienced/involved in student activities, engineering groups
