We are currently recruiting for the following excellent Maintenance Leader opportunity for our client for their location in Milton, ON:

Position: Maintenance Leader
Location: Milton, ON

Pay: $45 - $48/hr

Shift: Straight Afternoons or Afternoons/Nights monthly Rotational shift

Duration: Full-time/permanent role

Position Overview:

• Millwright (433A) and/or Industrial Electrician (442A) License

• Supervises Maintenance employees on the plant floor on the afternoon & night shift, ensuring efficient workflow to meet daily and weekly schedules.

• Works closely with Quality Assurance, Production Scheduling, and HR to achieve alignment and coordination of activities.

• Manage the Peeling operation including people, mechanical operation, quality, and PM work to ensure hourly targets and product supply are met.

• Ensure the peeler daily cleaning, greasing and maintenance work is performed.

• Make recommendations for overhaul work and perform regular PM’s to ensure reliable equipment operation.
