Job Overview
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, as the Lead Marketing Specialist, you provide project management to marketing projects and initiatives and lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of key marketing metrics. You also implement and maintain marketing and branding standards and support the day-to-day performance of the marketing team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to marketing team.
- Leading assigned marketing projects, establishing and meeting timelines and communicating expectations to relevant team members/stakeholders.
- Maintaining, updating, monitoring, and tracking effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Generating reports for key metrics and system data, including (but not limited to): sales and marketing performance, conversion rates, sales cycle times, and demographics.
- Onboarding the sales team in HubSpot, managing the integration with NewStar, leading the development of technical requirements within HubSpot and completing other tasks related to digital marketing and campaigns.
- Overseeing the development and updating of all marketing materials including (but not limited to): brochures, sell sheets, booklets, infographics, videos, and signage.
- Acting as the main point of contact for marketing suppliers, contractors, developers, and agencies to ensure marketing initiatives, including but not limited to campaigns and physical assets are executed successfully.
- Identifying gaps within the marketing funnel and offering solutions for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Ensuring all materials used in internal and external operations meet brand guidelines and professional standards.
- Implementing and maintaining marketing standards, processes, and strategies, ensuring clear communication of policies and procedures and effective control measures are in place.

Essential Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive marketing and marketing project management experience.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.), and Marketing/Sales related platforms (NewStar, HubSpot, and relevant social media).
Preferred Requirements
- Prior experience working in the Real Estate industry would be an asset.

Work Conditions
Primarily works in general office environment during standard office hours. May occasionally be required to work in the evenings or on weekends based on requirements of marketing projects.
