Integration Project Manager
On behalf of our client, Procom is currently seeking an Integration Project Manager for a twelve (12) month engagement based in Surrey, British Columbia. This client is pleased to offer a remote work model for this role; however site visits will be required intermittently throughout the project.

Integration Project Manager Job Details
  • Overall project management associated with the specific work-package associated with the MEDITECH Expanse Biztalk Integration
  • Develop, execute and manage project plans and detailed work plans
  • Support Priority pack upgrades for the duration of the build and test phases
  • Work closely with the Integration Project lead to drive the day-to-day activities, as well as, ensure effective communication and escalation of risks and issues within the established project governance
  • Execute based on the implantation plan, monitor and report on progress; Include but not limited to the report should also be the risks, considerations, constraints including any analysis
  • Support the general activities to progress the broader integration domain upon the request of the Integration Project Lead, as well as, the overall work stream PM and program leadership
  • Work and collaborate with vendors on status, risks and timelines
  • Update Status reports at vendor meetings
  • Facilitate vendor meetings
  • Prioritize tasks for vendors
  • Participate in Project Management Meetings
  • Weekly Status Reporting
  • Identify risks and issues and facilitate resolution
  • Escalation Point
  • Ensures Decisions tracked, signed and registered

Integration Project Manager Mandatory Skills
  • 7+ years as a Project Manager working on large health care integration initiatives/projects
  • Can successfully lead a software development team
  • Experience working with HL7, FHIR, APIs, etc.
  • Knowledge of Integration Platform such as MS Biztalk
  • Prior exposure to provincial registries
  • Proven ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders, including clinical users, provincial partners, vendors, etc.
  • Experience working with a diverse group of clinical users
  • Experience working with EMPI
  • Experience in navigating change in a clinical environment

Integration Project Manager Nice-To-Have Skills
  • Clinical health care experience
  • Experience working with Meditech
  • Prior work history with Fraser Health

Integration Project Manager Assignment Length
One year contract with the potential for two (2) extensions of six (6) months each.

June 5th, 2023

Integration Project Manager Assignment Location
Head-office located in Surrey, British Columbia. While consultants may be based anywhere in Canada, site visits will be required for this role to Port Moody and Richmond locations.
