Our client, a very successful Insurance Brokerage is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team in Markham, ON:

Position: Commercial Lines CSR

Location: Markham, ON

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

Duration: Permanent Full Time position

Position Overview:

• Must possess RIBO license
• Provide customer service for commercial accounts
• 2+ years’ experience in an insurance customer service role
• Excellent interpersonal and MS office skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Issuance and renewal of insurance documents
• Report and monitor client claims

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
