We are looking for a tech savvy, detail oriented administrative professional, who brings passion for learning and thrives managing multiple priorities, while continuously improving internal processes. This individual can work independently in a confidential environment and will be integral in supporting the team with day-to-day administrative needs, projects, and initiatives.
What YOU’RE Responsible for:
- Ensure Beaumont’s values are understood, embraced, and implemented by management and employees and personally demonstrate in daily interactions and relationships.
- Support full-cycle recruitment and selection process by carrying out various tasks such as: drafting and posting jobs, scheduling interviews, preparing, and circulating interview documents, assisting with reference checks, and drafting of letters, etc.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Microsoft (MS) Office 365 applications and Sharepoint and act as the system administrator in various HR systems.
- Assist the team with projects, initiatives, and process improvements, provide support by tracking processes, documentation, and communication.
- Process departmental expenses, monitor contracts and track renewal dates
- Assist in supporting the HR Leaders and team members with calendars, scheduling meetings (in-person and virtual), call for agenda items, coordinating handouts, facilitating meetings, and recording meeting minutes when requested
- Manage HR intake, provide advice and guidance on queries and escalate when necessary.
- Research and gather information on various topics and provide recommendations for improvement
- Assist in development of human resource directives and coordinate implementation
- Support the job evaluation and compensation process by preparing appropriate documentation in partnership with HR team members
- Maintain confidential employee files, including data entry, scanning, and uploading of documents to employee files.
- Responsible for records management and ensuring compliance with retention policies
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about organization policies and build/reinforce organization culture
- Prepare staffing-related documents as required.
What YOU Bring:
- A Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field (equivalencies will be considered)
- Minimum two (2) years of human resources experience (preferably recruitment focused)
- Previous experience working with HRIS and ATS systems is desired
- A basic understanding of various provincial and federal employment legislation
- Advanced knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of precision of data and accuracy in all deliverables.
- Strong organization and time-management skills and the ability to stay on task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written, customer service focused
- The ability to maintain confidentiality.
What WE Offer:
- A salary range of $54,472.60 to $71,089.20 per annum (starting salary is negotiable within this range based on suitable experience and qualifications)
