Job Description

In charge of several employees, the restaurant supervisor must pay attention to all details. The person will be responsible for supervising the food and beverage services which include the restaurant, bar, and room service. In general, this position is responsible for the efficiency of service, employee management, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the departments.

We are looking for someone who has the experience and aptitude for restaurant management.

Qualifications required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in a similar position in a unionized environment
• Advanced knowledge of computer applications including, but not limited to, microsoft office and certain restaurant software such as micros
• Teamwork

Education: Recognized diploma from a tourism and/or hospitality school (or equivalent) or equivalent professional experience;

Years of experience required: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar position and establishment;

Languages: Bilingualism (french and english) spoken and written is required for this position, as we serve an international clientele.

Availability: day, evening, and weekends.
