PCC is the market leader in manufacturing large, complex structural investment castings, airfoil castings, and forged components used in jet aircraft engines and industrial gas turbines. We have a current opportunity for a full-time Etch Operator to join our PCC Concord, Ontario Team. We are looking for a Team player, who takes pride in delivering quality work and providing exceptional results for our customers.

Position Summary:

The level 1 Etch Operator is responsible for processing each job according to specification.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

· Verify racking of parts is secure

· Confirm various equipment controls are correct

· Ensure all tanks are in working order

· Follow instructions on job traveler and work to specification

· Effective communication with team to ensure production flows

· Adhere to organization safety rules and regulations

· Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Basic computer skills required;
• Manual dexterity for attaching parts;
• Must have the ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Outstanding attention to detail;
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and willingness to perform extra work and take on new projects; and
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and changing environment; with a strong sense of teamwork.
