Job Description

Responsibilities

  • End to end management of the brand’s e-commerce site, social media platforms and digital media strategies
  • Ensure DTC websites are constantly being optimized and maintained
  • Work with the Ecomm Manager & Marketing Manager to plan promotional calendars, budgeting, budget allocation and forecasting, determining KPIs and ultimately ROI, integrating overall brand marketing/promotional activities with e-commerce; social media strategies
  • Liaise and obtain PR coverage and highlight in the digital world
  • Coordinate all external agencies and suppliers as it relates to all digital marketing, e-commerce, web development and social media activities
  • Align all digital marketing activities with overall corporate strategies
  • Gather and interpret online analytics to be used in improving user experience and increasing sales and generating leads
  • Review, analyze and provide weekly/monthly reporting on KPIs, track sales; create/manage an accurate monthly demand forecasting
  • Working with the social media content calendars; social campaigns; promotional activities to increase social following
  • Build, segment, and manage email marketing list, including the creation of weekly email blasts, using email marketing software (Active Campaign)
  • Manage/Liaise communications with the customer service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and customer response
  • Focus on SEO/SEM strategies, including keyword search, competitive analysis, and content optimization to increase brand exposure and drive views of the brand across all e-commerce platforms
  • Survey the competitive landscape to uncover industry trends
  • Develop and implement systems and processes and/or operational improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of e-commerce and social media operations
  • Plan, manage and monitor social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Contribute to building and executing web marketing strategy
  • Create visual assets for Social Media platforms and e-commerce accounts
  • Work with Ecomm Manager to create, monitor and optimize pay-per-click campaigns on client portals (Wayfair, Home Depot, Houzz etc.)
  • Work with e-tailors in Canada and the USA such as Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot
  • Monitor MAP breaks, pull and analyze relevant analytics for areas of improvement
  • Requirements
  • Relevant experience in the e-commerce and/or marketing field (2-5 years).
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Knowledge of SEO management and e-commerce;
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, public relations, and social media marketing
  • Knowledge of Active Campaign or HubSpot (2 years plus)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
  • Strong analytical skills (KPI reporting, analysis of reporting and implementing strategies alongside the Marketing Manager)
  • Bilingualism required, oral and written (French and English).
  • Have a sense of autonomy and prioritization;
  • Ability to manage several projects at the same time;
  • Have a good sense of responsibility, planning and work organization;
  • Analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
