As Regional Director, you are motivated by the desire to develop excellent managers and grow the business in many local communities. While leveraging your retail experience, you will be able to:
- Provide Functional Expertise and Accountability: Ensure that different teams work to enhance the Starbucks customer experience, increase profitability, explore and seize opportunities for growth and expansion in a region.
- Lead a team of managers: Develop high-performance, results-oriented teams by providing coaching, providing candid advice and commentary, and providing real development opportunities.
- Structure how we work together: Use your management style to apply Starbucks' values to your teams to structure collaboration, inclusion, leadership trust and teamwork, and contribute success of the company.
We would like to meet candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Have at least five years of experience in managing a retail team in multiple districts, as well as profit and loss management, inventory management, operations and customer service
- Have at least seven years of experience managing a team of six or more, with training and coaching, to help team members achieve the desired results for the partner, the company and the team. customer.
- Experience working in a multiple unit environment, knowledge of operations in the retail or foodservice sectors, experience in financial reporting
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- At a minimum, high school diploma or general education assessment (GED). Note: A university degree in commerce or a related field may replace some of the required experience.
