• Deliver effective and efficient solutions by meeting milestones and ensuring project deliverables are on time and adhere to the corporate quality and security standards
• Participate in complex applications and systems development
• Aim for defect-free programming, create, and maintain quality code, provide support during testing cycles and post-production deployment, engage in peer code reviews to address standards compliance, reusability, and ease of maintenance
• Develop a process to identify and resolve any technical issues and facilitate stakeholder communication
• Configure and develop custom components with technology partners (analysts, developers, designers etc.) and suggest feature enhancements to meet requirements and goals
• Proactively put forward ideas that speak to project objectives (e.g., development, testing solutions, and tools) and look for opportunities that enable process improvement
• Respect bank's technology delivery practices and standards, project management disciplines, business technology architecture, and risk and production capacity - this includes thorough project requirements, documentation, scope estimations, cost analysis and status updates.
• Provide technical support to promptly resolve escalated incidents/outages
