The next challenge that awaits you ; As part of this role, reporting directly to the Director, Digital Marketing and Business Optimization, you will work with the Management team to optimize the performance of every acquisition, upselling and retention channels. YOUR NEXT CHALLENGES :

• Strategic: In collaboration with the Director, Digital Marketing and Business Optimization, to support the strategy development and the implementation of a data driven, Business Performance DNA;

• Analytics : Through data organization and analysis, to identify Insights, in order to optimize the Business Performance of our projects, campaigns, price elasticity, sales conversion funnels, customers lifetime value, offers, partnerships, etc. To collaborate with the B.I and Data architect teams, to ensure the evolution of our analytics stack;

• Reporting : To create, use and present dashboards and analytics reports, per project, per period, per objective and to measure results against comparables;

• Predictive: develop predictive models in order to understand and anticipate our clients' actions.

THE EXPERTISE REQUIRED TO TAKE US FURTHER:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in data management, analysis, visualization, interpretation and insight, in a Business Performance context;
• A bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data processing or any other relevant field;
• Interest in the Innovation and Technology sector;
• Outstanding abilities to transform data into Insights and Business recommendations;
• Remarkable vulgarization skills;
• Strong experience with analytics tools (SQL, G.A, etc.) and visualization tools (Power B.I);
• Strong experience with database;
• Realizations in Predictive models/algorithms implementation would be relevant
• Fluency in French and English (written/verbal) (frequent contacts outside Quebec)
