Project Coordinator - Registration Division
About the Role
The Registration Coordinator takes responsibility for an assigned set of shows in our B2B division and will act as the main contact person who liaises with show managers in all aspects of the event. Partnering with our onsite event specialists for your portfolio of shows that do annual trade events for specific industries.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting our customers from signing of agreement to their on-site event
Communicate with your portfolio of clients to coordinate their event needs
Set up event registration websites (not technical, easy user interfaces)
Liaise with programmers (translate what our clients want to what our developers need to do)
test registration sites (strong attention to detail)
Prepare the show for going onsite (checklists/calendars)
Badge design / printing with our easy to use software
Supporting Lead Retrieval
Work with our onsite support specialists to prepare them for the onsite event
Work on-site at shows (across North America) when required
Monitor group email boxes
Other duties as assigned

Ticketing Coordinator
About the Role
We are looking for a Ticketing Coordinator for our B2C division, to work with a set of clients who produce consumer shows such as home shows, auto shows, fairs, etc. You will be working on their ticketing site builds and coordinating the onsite component of their event for box office sales and ticket scanning.
The ticketing coordinator is responsible for all aspects of ticketing while working as part of a team of coordinators. You will be responsible for;
80%: Create and maintain clients’ ticket selling web pages, learn and interpret and teach clients the TIX123 reporting suite, build discounts and promotions, apply banners and promotional graphics, learn and interpret merchant account processors, and other aspects of ticket sales.
20%: Lead all onsite operations of ticket selling across Canada and the U.S. which includes the setup and maintenance of routers, switches, internet wires, power wires, box office terminals, and ticket scanning hardware. Train, monitor and supervise onsite staff for accuracy and professionalism
Communicate accurately and professionally with the public and clients through phone, email, and in person.
Other duties assigned by the Ticketing Department Lead.

Onsite Event Specialist
About the Role
As an On-site Event Specialist you will partner with our Project and Ticketing Coordinators on a portfolio of clients to arrange and support the on-site experience of the event. You will be responsible for:
Supporting our customers in coordinating and executing the on-site portion of the event
Coordinate with venues across North America and third party suppliers to arrange details for the ticketing and registration component of the event
Communicate with your portfolio of clients to coordinate their event needs both pre and post show
Prepare the show for going onsite (checklists/calendars)
Work in the operations department to prepare your event for going onsite preparing the hardware, testing systems, charging scanners, and packing crates
Supporting Lead Retrieval
Travel and work on-site at shows (across North America) setting up and networking systems, testing equipment, training staff, and supporting your client with on-site needs
Communicate accurately and professionally with the public and clients through phone, email, and in person.

Operations Coordinator
About the Role
The Operations Coordinator does it all! The successful candidate will work closely with our B2B and B2C division preparing events to go onsite. Setting up and testing equipment, working with Project Coordinators and Ticketing Coordinators you will visit local venues and help in the setting up and networking of our systems onsite and the tear down and moving out of the equipment. You will be responsible for;
preparing hardware for shipping: cleaning, charging, testing, shipping and receiving
installing network routers, switches, computers, printers, and cabling
standard Operations shipping and receiving practices
daily status reports, Calendar updates, document updates
teaching and guiding others on best Operations practices
travel to events across Canada and the US
Monitor group email boxes

About the Role
The successful candidates who join our development team will be working on all our events in the B2B division and B2C division. You will be assigned a portfolio of clients who you will be responsible for setting up their registration site using our custom software.
The successful candidate who joins our development team’s primary responsibilities will be handling a set of client sites / projects for our registration system (web forms expertise is a strong asset)
Internal mobile or web projects, as well as Report directly to our Development Manager and work closely as a team in the development of future and ongoing custom developed systems
Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver requirements within tight deadlines
Learning all in house web based systems and providing internal support to staff as required
Dealing with / and creating custom database report queries
Working on new custom development projects
Our ideal candidate will have minimum 3-5 years experience
This role is primarily work from home, but may require in office work during busy periods and possible onsite work at local events.
