Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated people to join our team this summer. No experience required! This is a fun, fast-paced role that is ideal for someone who loves hands-on experience, is motivated by results, and likes working outside. You get the opportunity to manage job sites, communicate with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction at the end of the project. No experience is required, we hire for attitude and coachability over experience!

Position:

Crew Chiefs and Crew Members

Responsibilities:

• Transporting materials to and from the job site

• Completing window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, and pressure washing for clients

• Marketing and sales duties

Qualifications/ Skills

• Willing to deliver excellent customer service
• Good communication skills
• A strong work ethic
• Ability to work with ladders, and be comfortable with heights
• Valid driver's license

Requirements

• Availability full time beginning in May through to the end of August
• Jobsite locations mostly in the York Region Area
• Personal vehicle (ideally with roof racks) and valid Ontario driver's license.
• A positive attitude
• Willing to work outside

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
