Position Description:
The Client Services Representative communicates with our clients by phone and email to resolve issues and provide support, develops trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and helps to improve systems and procedures.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong and lasting relationships with DNRS clients.
· Uses compassion and professionalism with both written and verbal communication with DNRS clients and staff.
· Handles questions and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
· Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all DNRS products.
· Troubleshoot basic client issues.
· Answer the general business phone line and email account in a timely manner, using a professional and courteous tone at all times.
· Provide up-to-date and accurate information to clients.
· Attract potential customers by suggesting information about other DNRS products and support services.
· Manage customer shipping inquiries.
· Update Client Services Resources as required.
· Bring client issues and feedback to management.
· Assist with onboarding of new team members, as needed.
· Contribute to a healthy and respectful work environment, which involves teamwork and communication.
· Attend weekly Staff Meetings and monthly department meetings
· Other tasks and projects as assigned

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and customer service-related tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new systems easily, such as scheduling software and CRM database.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Is a critical thinker! Understands and addresses situations based on resources to develop effective solutions.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative.
- Forward-thinking, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
· A minimum of 2 years of Customer Services experience
· Post-secondary education preferred
Working Conditions:
This position is required to be available and at their work computer during scheduled work hours and is in consistent communication with the rest of the team, throughout the day.
