Job Description

If you have a valid Government Security (Reliability) clearance, Staffmax has a great full-time opportunity for you!

This is an administrative role within a Crown Corporation located on King St.

Hours: 8:30am - 5pm

Schedule: 5 days per week, Monday and Friday

Duties:

The key responsibilities are to support the Facilities & Materiel Services division with the completion of various tasks related to the assistance of cleaning out office spaces.

· Assist with couriers (Purolator, UPS, FedEx, Parss)

· Assist with client requests

· Keep stores room clean and organized

· Take stock of supplies and reorder from pre-authorized suppliers; unpack, verify, and restock shelves

· Liaise with on-site lead for daily agenda

· Work with Facilities team to assist on-site clients

· Help with meeting room set ups

· PIVOT workplace support

· Assist with Crown Assets initiative

· Preparation of new workstations on all floors

· Handle small projects under Supervisors direction as needed

· Provide coverage at Reception Desk when necessary

· General administrative duties and tasks

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of outlook and MS Office
  • Ability to type 30WPM with a high level of accuracy

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: $15.50-$18.00 per hour

  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Government Security Clearance (preferred)
