Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and organized Marketing / Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-level support to the General Manager, ensuring seamless and efficient workflow, and contributing to the achievement of our organizational goals. This role will require a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Cover letter required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other administrative staff and teams in the company to complete projects and tasks
  • Manage special projects, events, and assignments as needed
  • Provide administrative support to other departments and staff as required
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records and files
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support operational decision-making
  • Work with staff members at all locations to develop marketing plans and initiatives
  • Assist staff with self-promotion via their own social media channels
  • Graphic design via Canva or Adobe
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, customers, and partners, in a professional and timely manner
  • Participate in the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and systems
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of operational processes and procedures
  • Assist with recruitment, interview and hiring process
  • Manage an online store and inventory
  • Manage department financials

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in operations or administration
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks independently
  • Proficient in various software systems, adaptable to softwares and technology (including Canva)
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to solve problems and think critically, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn

Monday to Friday; 9am to 4pm
