Administrative Assistant

Hours: 8am – 4pm (Mon-Fri)

Glass 3 Enterprises in Richmond is looking for an organized and motivated individual to join our growing team. As a thriving organization focusing on sourcing, supplying and shipping commercial architectural glass throughout the US and Canada, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant (AA) to provide operational support to our tight knit, energetic team. The AA is an organized, efficient multi-tasker with strong attention to detail. You can effectively prioritize and react with levels of urgency to timely situations handling individual and team focused skills. You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism in dealing with the team and management. You are a quick learner and early adapter of our custom data entry system while being proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook etc. Our culture is built on respect, accountability and having fun. This is an in-office position with health protocols in place.

Responsibilities

· The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks

· A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted, varying support role

· Ability to interpret and relate to information on drawings/lists to input into company ‘Enterprise Resource Planning’ system.

· You pay attention to detail and accuracy

· Assist in preparing meetings and taking minutes

· Manage and execute shipping/mail/courier of samples to customers (outbound) and receiving inbound

· Inventory, manage and order office materials

Qualifications

· A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in admin support role

· Completion of post-secondary diploma or graduate program

· Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

· Ability to multitask

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Word/Excel

· Team player

Salary: $15.93-$30.00 per hour
