Your main responsabilities:
  • Issue billing several times a year (uniforum, AIA)
  • Create Antifreeze/Bulk Oil/Equipment invoicing yearly
  • Invoice Express fee’s for Prairies accounts and Pacific accounts.
  • Investigate all pricing issues and errors for the members. Have issues corrected and ensure that the member is satisfied with the end result.
  • Create and maintain a daily spreadsheet for transportation payments.
  • Sort and file all freight bills and bills of lading.
  • Do all charge backs for transportation and for return policy.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an administrative role.
  • Self starter that works well, independently or in a team.
  • Fluent English (must have excellent verbal and written communication skills)
  • Data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS office, excel, word and outlook.
  • Professional manner with customer service orientation.
  • SAP experience (asset)
